Looking for an axle for a 2005 yacht club trailer vehicle id number 4H100201950366013. It is same bearing l44649 for inner and outer, 5 lug hub, 1 1/16” spindle and the axle is v shaped for a boat.

Hey Curtis! I do have a solution, but I can tell you based on that design we do not have a standard replacement. Your typical trailer axle bends in the opposite direction so that is very specific to that trailer. Do you know the actual axle capacity? The bearing combination is pretty typical for a 2,000 lb axle but there are some exceptions.
Assuming it is 2,000 lbs you can use the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension # ASR2000S01. This fits any frame width and will also upgrade/replace your suspension. The system uses # L44649 inner and outer bearings just like you have now so you can use the same hubs.
