Thread Diameter for Master Cylinder Cap for Dexter Model 10 and 20 Brake Actuators

Question:

I ordered a master cylinder cap for my Dexter DX12.5 surge actuator and I got a part that looked to be of the same design but the threaded portion was too small of diameter. My cap has a threaded portion that is 1 1/2" in diameter. I like the new design with the bladder built in, but the thread diameter is not listed. Could you measure one for me and let me know which one will fit my master cylinder. Thanks Regards

Hey John,

The diameter of the threaded portion of the Replacement Master Cylinder Cap with Diaphragm for Dexter Model 10 and 20 Brake Actuators # T4830601 does indeed measure 1-1/2" just like you're looking for. I was able to take a trip to our warehouse and go verify this myself.
