Hey Nickolas, that's a good question, and unfortunately the thicker double walled receiver tube on your 2016 Tundra is not going to work with the etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Collar for 2" Hitches # e38FV. This is only confirmed to fit standard 2" receivers.
In your case, your best bet is to use the XL Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2-1/2" Hitches - 3-1/2" Span # SHP2040-XL which is a different style since it is a pin and not a clamp, but it will still get the job done to reduce wobble and rattling.
