How Else Can I Install the Solera Shade Screen Since My Awning Roller Does Not Have a Channel?

I have a lippert edge awning with no extra Chanel’s in the roller. Is there a way to mount a sun screen to it?

Hello Randy,
Great question. Since your Lippert Edge Awning does not have the extra channel to install the Solera RV Awning Shade Screen # LC3797820819 it would take some modification. The best idea I can come up with is to use some industrial-strength adhesive Velcro strips along the edge of the roller tube and to the sunshade. I do need to let you know that by modifying the product it will void out the warranty. Not my rule, Lippert's rule. We only have a Velcro specific to tonneau covers for trucks, but I am sure you can grab some at your local hardware store.
