Hey Ryan, the Hollywood Racks E-Bike rack part # HLY84FR that you referenced would work great on your 2020 Hyundai Kona but you would need to have a hitch installed first like the Curt # C98QV.
If you were wanting a really nice e-bike rack though I would instead recommend the Thule EasyFold # TH903202 instead. This is overall a really high quality rack but what I like about it is that it has a ramp that pulls out to make loading and unloading as easy as possible.
