Hello Jody, I can definitely help with that!

Does your 2018 Hyundai Kona already have a trailer hitch on it? If so, is it a 1-1/4" receiver, or a 2" receiver? Both options are available for the Kona, so please confirm what you have.

If you do not have a hitch, the Curt Class 3 Hitch # C98QV is what I recommend. It has a 2" receiver.

Now on to the bike rack. For a 2" hitch, what I recommend is the Benton Single Bike Rack # B54VR. It can hold virtually any bike weighing less than 80 lbs. So it works even with the heavier e-bikes, and it will accommodate tires up to 4" wide. Overall a very solid user-friendly rack.
