Question:

Can you recommend a front hitch for a chevy custom trail boss with a 5.3 litre engine. the hitch will only be used to fit a bicycle rack for 2 bikes.

Hi Philip; if ground clearance and appearance matter to you then I recommend the EcoHitch # EH58RR for your 2023 Chevy Silverado 1500 Custom Trail Boss. This front hitch sits just below the license plate giving it the best ground clearance available and it has a nice clean look.

If you aren't concerned with appearance or ground clearance I would get the Curt # C22NR. This hangs down quite a bit lower, and is more visible as seen in the photo below, but it will save you some money. Both hitches can easily handle your bike rack and bikes.
