I have a 2023 Silverado 1500 LTZ z-71… The C22NR has a disclaimer about not being intended for LTZ models. Will it actually work fine or can you recommend another for the front?

Hey Matt! Not intended means you're going to have to trim off some extra pieces of your front end. The Curt Front Mount Hitch item # C22NR will fit your 2023 Silverado 1500 LTZ.
If you do not like the idea of making extra or excessive modifications to your truck, I recommend going with the EcoHitch item # EH58RR for all gas engine models or item # EH25HR if yours has the diesel engine.
I have linked a picture below that will show you what the EcoHitches look like installed.
