No, I am sorry Daniel they do not but I have a set that does. They are the TorkLift Tie Downs - Custom Frame Mount item # TL49ZV. These are custom fit for the 2007 Ford F-250's with the factory hitch and the 6-3/4' bed.
Please note that the item # TL49ZV are design for the F-250's with no running boards or cab length only boards. If your truck has wheel to wheel running boards you'll need item # TL88PR.
The TorkLift Tie Downs item # TL93VV you were looking at fit the 8' bed 2007 Ford F-250's with the factory hitch.
