Hi. I have a 2024 Volvo S60 Plug in hybrid. Do you know why the V60 trailer hitch does not also fit the S60? I just need this for a bike rack.

Hey Paul,
There most likely is something in the way that prevents the installation of a trailer hitch on the S models and manufacturers haven't found a workaround yet. That pretty much leaves you with only weld-on adjustable-fit trailer hitches, which would require a bit of DIY to fit. You'll need to measure down from the frame rails to the see how large of the drop you'll need for the receiver tube to stick out from the rear fascia. We offer the following drop sizes:

Hey Paul, how did your measurements turn out for the weld-on hitch on your S60? I'm curious if one of the drop sizes ended up giving you the clearance you needed for your bike rack. Your update could make it easier for others working with similar Volvo setups.
