Recommended 7-Way Connector for a 2024 GMC Acadia Elevation

Question:

Is this trailer wiring harness the same as the GM part : 26491400? I have a 2024 GMC Acadia AWD Elevation. I was told by a GM Parts person it should be a GM Part:84273972 but other websites say this will not fit my car. This is very confusing for me. I want to buy the right setup so as not to have to send the wrong one back. Thank you for your reply back.

Hey Keith! We don't work with the OEM's and there's not enough information online for me to tell you what GM part you need, or the difference between the two if that makes sense. I can tell you that I checked with Curt and their T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C76RV fits all models of the 2024 GMC Acadia with the exception of the Limited model. The Elevation model is not considered the Limited so item # C76RV is exactly what you need.

Hey Keith, how did the Curt T-Connector wiring harness work out on your Acadia Elevation? It’d be great to know if it matched up as expected. Your update could make it easier for others sorting through the same GM part confusion.
