Availability Of Replacement Parts For Empire Faucets RV Shower Valve EM45UR

Question:
We purchased model EM45UR. Unfortunately, one of our guys lost the Deck Plate. Do you sell the deck plate as a replacement part? If so, part number please. Thank you!

Hello Gaby, thanks for reaching out. We do carry the # EM45UR faucet, but I am sorry to say that we do not offer any replacement parts, so the deck plate is not available separately. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the only solution here would be a whole new faucet. At least they are not terribly expensive.

Hey Gaby, did you end up replacing the whole faucet after finding out the deck plate wasn’t sold separately? Knowing what route you took could help others in the same situation.
