From my research, you should be able to remove the handle screw that looks like part # 34439016 by prying the top button off when a Flathead screw driver, then remove the screw that holes the handle on. Make sure to turn off the water supply first. There may be a bonnet lock or lock ring that you can remove by lifting it up with the screw driver. Then unscrew the old stem and bonnet with a crescent wrench. Replace it with the new stem and bonnet piece part # 34439004. Then replace the screw handle with the screw and cap. Parts 4 and 5 of the diagram below are the lock and lock ring I mentioned earlier that you may not have in your particular handle.
