Question:
Is there another part number that has the heavy dutie airbag with hire PSI. And also will Part F2550 work on a 4 inch lift?
asked by: Marcos O
Expert Reply:
Hi Marcos; the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2550 will fit with your 4" lift as long as you have the stock jounce bumper spacers on your truck. Also, there are no options available with a higher psi or rating for your 2004 F-250.
You will also need spacers since you have the lift. To find the right spacers measure the distance between where the upper and lower brackets would be on your F-250 then choose from the following based on your measurement:
-7-1/2" - 8-1/2" - Lift Spacer # F2366
-8-1/2" - 9-1/2" - Lift Spacer # F2367
-9-1/2" - 10-1/2" - Lift Spacer # F2370

Hey Marcos, how did things go with the Firestone Ride-Rite airbags and the lift spacers on your F-250? Did the setup fit well with your 4-inch lift and stock jounce bumper spacers? Your update could make it easier for others working with a similar lift.
