Hi Jacob!

The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Bags w/ Easy Mount Compressor - Wireless Control - Single Path - 5,000 lbs # F38XV will indeed fit with the B&W Turnover ball already installed on your 99 Ford F-350. You will need to remove one bolt on both sides of the B&W to mount the top bracket and then replace them with new bolts in this kit, but it's pretty straight forward.

Just be aware the stock jounce bumper spacers must be on lifted vehicles (which your truck looks to be) and this does not fit the 2WD versions with the V10 Gas engine with SuperCab and 8 ft bed.
