No, they won't Dan but I have a set that will. The Reese Quick-Install Custom Bracket Kit item # RP50066 is the custom fit option for your 2016 Chevy Silverado 3500.
If you are needing both the brackets and the rails you'll want the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches item # RP50066-58. These fit both bed lengths.
Both of these kits are custom fit and install in pre-drilled holes in your Silverado's frame. I have linked an installation video below along with the instructions so you can see how to get them set up.
To make towing with a 5th wheel easier, I recommend adding the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness item # C56000. This harness puts a 7-way connector in the bed of your truck and allows you to keep the one on your bumper. This makes hooking up to your 5th wheel trailer easier and more convenient.

Hey Dan, how did the Reese Quick-Install Kit work out on your Silverado 3500? Did the fit and pre-drilled holes line up as expected? Your update could make it easier for others setting up a 5th wheel on the same truck.
