Mounting Hardware to Hold License Plate Holder to Trailer

What fasteners do I need to hold the license plate holder in place. I have a trailer bumper that Im mounting this to, it is 10.36mm thick and 5mm diameter hole. I have a picture for reference as well but from some reason I cannot attach pictures to this question.

Hello Danny.
To install the Optronics LED Trailer License Plate Light with Bracket # OPT97FR onto you want to use the Steel Fasteners for License Plates and License Plate Frames - Standard - Qty 4 # CR80230, you might need to use a 5/16 inch bit to make the holes a little bigger. Then to put the license plate onto the holder you want to use the Hardware for Mounting Optronics License Plate Lights # LP52HP.
