Looking To Replace 7-Way Plug In Bed OF 2024 Ford F-450

Question:

I have a2024 Ford F450 Super duty truck and I forgot to pull out the trailer plug on the 7 pin plug on the side wall inside the bed of the Truck, and it cracked the housing and messed up the spring loaded cap that holds the 5th wheel plug in place. It has the 7 pin connector and below it some small connector for what I don’t know. I can send you a picture, but I don’t see that option here?

Hello Dennis, thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear what happened to your 7-way plug. If you want to replace the 7-way in the bed of your 2024 Ford F-450 you can use the Curt T-Connector # C69CR. This will plug into the OEM tow package connector and give you a brand new 7-way in your bed with a spring-loaded cap.

If you want to email me pictures of your plug I am happy to take a look. Just reply to the email that brought you to this page and it will go to me. It sounds like you might be looking for a direct replacement for the OEM plug in which case the Curt # C69CR I mentioned will be our closest option.

Hey Dennis, how did things go with the Curt T-Connector for your F-450’s bed plug? Did it give you the solid replacement you needed for the cracked housing and cap? Your update could make it easier for others dealing with the same issue.
