Yes, the Rack'Em Grass Catcher for Exmark Lawn Mower # RCMMS4-EXS15 will fit your Exmark lawn mower just fine. The qualifying factor for this is that the discharge opening must be even with or extend out further than the rear wheel on your mower - which according to your photos looks to be the case.
