Please confirm what model hitch for a 2022 Honda CR-V not hybrid installs without requiring trimming of the rear fascia or modification of any other lower body panel.

Hi Robert; the only hitch that won't require any kind of trimming or modification is the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76128. The trade-off is the visible cross tube hanging down, which also means less clearance when compared to a hitch like the Curt # C13397.
