I have a 2024 Subaru Forester Wilderness. I am wanting to purchase a hitch and harness. Will the Eco-Hitch 306-X7391 fit? What harnesses is recommended and what are the differences in them?

The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7391 would be a compatible fit for your 2024 Subaru Forester Wilderness. Ass for the wiring there's either a universal splice-in style wire harness or a much easier plug-in wire harness that you can go with so that's what I would personally choose to go with. Out of the brands we offer for these Tekonsha is known to be the best so you'll want the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118467. This will plug into a factory connector hidden behind a trim panel in the back cargo area just under the hatch.

Hey Joe, how did the EcoHitch and Tekonsha wiring harness work out on your Forester Wilderness? It’d be great to hear if the plug-in harness made the setup easier. Your update could make it easier for others adding a hitch to the same vehicle.
