How to Install the Load Resistor Kit for LED Turn Signals

Question:
I have a 99 ram 1500 I bought a 3rd brake/cargo light LED to replace the old halogen one. My problem is the cargo lights stay on they won’t even shut off with the switch. I’m told it needs a resistor if so how do I wire it as the new one is to be plug and play

Hey Bert! I have linked a diagram below to show you how to install the Load Resistor Kit for LED Turn Signals item # DI34ZR on your Ram's cargo light. You'll need to use the included wire taps to splice directly into your new lights wiring.
