Question:
2008 Fleetwood Avalon Tires are 14 I am trying to find out what size center caps I need. I need to replace them. The cap is currently a chrome cap with a chrome end cap. I actually need to replace the cap and lugs. They look rusty. Rims are brushed alum. Thanks

From the photo I see you have a 5 lug wheel. Typically, a 5 lug wheel would have a 4-1/2 inch bolt circle and a 3.19 inch pilot (center hole) diameter. If this is the case, the # 319EZ center cap you referred to would work just fine for you. Just to be sure, I'd recommend pulling one wheel and using an accurate measuring device like a digital caliper to find the pilot diameter.
If your wheel studs are 1/2 inch diameter, 20 threads per inch (very likely), I'd recommend the # AM90049 lug nuts.
