Is this available with a black wheel/rim, instead of silver?

No we do not. However, we do have a similar wheel item # TA27RR available in a tire and wheel package. It is the Provider ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 15" Vesper Black Mod Wheel item # TA28MR. This set up comes with a radial tire instead of a bias ply tire like item # AM32253DX.
Radial tires like item # TA28MR are more fuel efficient and are more resistant to punctures than bias ply tires. Radial tires also provide a smoother, more comfortable ride, and can handle driving at higher speeds on highways better.
Bias ply tires like the ones on the item # AM32253DX are more suited for off-road so unless this is going on a farm trailer or you do a lot of boondocking, I recommend getting the item # TA28MR with the black wheel you're looking for.
