Features to know about

Built for Confident Hauling: Load Range C with 1,820-lb Capacity

This Kenda Loadstar ST205/75D15 bias tire and matching 15" wheel are made for steady towing under load. The tire’s 6-ply rating supports up to 1,820 lbs at 50 psi, while the steel wheel carries the same capacity. Both meet Department of Transportation specifications, so you can count on dependable performance mile after mile.

Reliable Handling and Stability: Bias Construction at Work

The bias-ply design uses tough nylon cords set at a 30- to 45-degree angle, alternating in a crisscross pattern. This construction gives the sidewalls extra stiffness so the entire tire flexes evenly over bumps or uneven ground. The result is predictable tracking and a smoother ride when you’re towing.

Corrosion-Resistant Finish That Lasts: White Powder-Coated Steel Wheel

Moisture, grime, and road salt are no match for the durable white powder coat finish over an e-coat base. The 8-spoke Dexstar steel wheel resists rust and keeps its clean look through seasons of use. It’s a practical, long-lasting finish that stands up to real-world conditions.

Ready Out of the Box: Mounted and Inflated Tire-and-Wheel Assembly

Skip the hassle of mounting tires yourself. This assembly comes pre-mounted and aired up to proper pressure, so it’s ready to bolt on and roll. With specs like a 5 on 5" bolt pattern, 3.19" pilot diameter, and zero offset, installation is quick and straightforward.

Peace of Mind Coverage: 1-Year Worry-Free Guarantee

If this tire is damaged within the first year, it’s replaced at no charge under Kenda’s worry-free guarantee. Add in the standard 5-year tire warranty and limited 1-year wheel warranty, and you’ve got solid coverage backing up every haul.

Determining Bolt Pattern

1. Count the lug holes

Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).

Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug

2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)

Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.

Center to Center
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"

2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)

Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).

Center to Outside Edge
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

Delivery was prompt and the tires and wheels are holding up fine. I am very satisfied with e trailer.

by:

Information on the product was exactly as advertised. I did not realize the many variations of the 5 lug wheel! Appreciated the in depth description of the product. A customer for life!

by:

Tires look good. White rims could be better painted/powder coated.
Not sure why they have black paint marks on the exposed side of the rim,2 spots on each rim

by:

Great job as always! I've shopped with etrailer for many years and they always have quality products, fast shipping, excellent customer service and very competitive prices. These wheels and tires are for my utility trailer. I've just pulled it over 300 miles one way with a load and the wheels and tires are exactly what I needed.

It fits perfectly nice to have a spare tire on the trailer that fits. The last one I bought from a different vendor did not fit.

by:

Easy to identify the tire/rim that I needed. Order was promptly filled (within hours on a weekend - it must have been a lousy football Sunday) and shipped via UPS. Arrived on Wednesday as projected. Reasonably priced.

by:

Wheel fits perfectly. Bought it for a spare for the trailer. It's a 15 inch 5 lug 5 in unit. The shipping was super fast. Ordered on a Wednesday late at night and it was delivered in less than 48 hrs.

by:

Seems good enough for a spare. The paint on the rim is almost see through so I will fix that in the spring. Good price.

by:

Will 10/10 order all my trailer wheels and tires from Joshua. Joshua has been excellent! Super friendly company, amazing prices and extremely quick shipping!

by:

Very convienient and showed up on time. Tire mounted on rim and ready to mount. Good prices and great service

by:

Good price and great service.

by:

Excellent experience in purchasing online and delivery in a very timely manner. Tire and wheel package is what the doctor ordered. Original tires and rims were done for after years of abuse and neglect on my little pasture find trailer. Got them installed and perfect fit, no trailer wobble, less bounce and trailer still tracks true. 70+ down the interstate with a moderate load on the trailer and no issues, almost forgot it was behind me. Thanks again etrailer

by:

Customer service was very helpful! Tires arrived quickly and were well boxed.
An easy transaction.

by:

The wheels and tires arrived very fast and they were of very good quality and as described on the website.

by:

Tires met my expectations and were delivered in sturdy boxes to provide added protection during transit.

by:

Fits perfect,I would buy again.

by:

Ordering the tires for my landscape trailer was straightforward using your website. The tire’s arrived in excellent condition and the packaging was also excellent. Your instructional videos helped me to select the correct rim type for my trailer. I had no idea that there were specific ways to confirm the rim/lug spacing until I looked at the video. Thanks for making this a pleasant experience.

by:

I needed a spare tire/wheel for my flat bed trailer and I checked all local sources. I decided to check with etrailer as I have used them before. I was pleased to find not only did they have what I needed at a lower price than I could fine locally, but the free shipping saved me an 80 mile round trip drive into town to pick one up.
Good job etrailer.com.

It has been great. It is my spare and on a mount on the trailer. I just went out and checked and in a year it has lost only 2 pounds in air pressure.

Fast delivery and works as expected!!

As described, great price and shipping.

by:

Excellent experience. After being in a jam over the weekend with a blow out, I needed the correct tire and wheel. These were for a Big Tex utility trailer with 5 on 5 which is impossible to find at retailers in my town. I ordered a pair on Monday and had them by Wednesday noon. They were shipped in their own box. I would highly recommend buying from this company and will use them for future items I need. Excellent customer experience.

Great, no problems at all.

by:

This tire will be the spare for our small flat bed trailer. Which hopefully I will never need. It looks like a great tire.

by:

I ordered the wrong dimensions on my first order and the return was easy ad staff I dealt with friendly and help to make sure my next order was correct. The new tire arrived in 5 days using free shipping. Great service and the tire / rim is a step up from the ones on my SureTrack car hauler.

by:

Found my rim and tire with non-typical lug pattern at great price.

by:

Excellent service, price and selection from etrailer, received my order in a couple of days and back on the road with new wheels and tires.

  • Trailer Wheels For Trailer Hub 58550
Hi David, The 58550 trailer hub is the same as the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-550-35-K, and this has a 5 on 5" bolt pattern, which is important because there aren't 14" wheels in that bolt pattern. There are 15" wheels, or tire and wheel combos you can get though, including the Dexstar Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel # AM20428 or Loadstar ST205/75D15 Bias Trailer Tire with 15" White Wheel # AM3S638. If neither of those is exactly what you're needing, I've added a link below to our...

  • Trailer Wheel and Tire to Replace Size 205/75-14 with 5 on 5 Bolt Pattern
The closes tire and wheel combo we carry to your 205/75-14 tire size and wheel that has a 5 on 5 bolt pattern is a 205/75-15 like part # AM3S638. Going up in size the overall diameter is an inch larger and it's the same width. You need to make sure you have clearance between the tire tread and the underside of your fenders. You want about 4 inches if possible. With that bolt pattern I'm guessing this is an off-road trailer so the tire I recommended is a bias ply. They're better for off...

  • Can I Use a Bias-Ply Tire as a Spare on a Trailer with Radial Tires
It is not recommended that you use a bias ply tire on a trailer that has radial tires. Due to the different constructions of either tire the ride will be different on each wheel and would most likely cause sway that could be hazardous to you and other motorists. The main difference between a radial ply and bias ply tire is how the tire is constructed. The cords underneath the tire are run in different directions. On a bias tire, the cords run at a 32 degree angle from the direction of...

  • Will Higher Ply Rated Tires Stop Trailer Sway
The ply rating of a given tire size is going to depend on the load range of the tire. Tire # AM3S638 for example is a load range C so it has a ply rating of 6. A lower load range in the same size would have a lower ply rating. By comparison an ST225/75R15 tire in load range E, # AM10303, has a ply rating of 10. Bias ply tires will have a stiffer sidewall compared to their radial counterparts. The tires are likely not going to help much with sway. If you are using a single friction sway...

  • What Size Wheel is On My 7.00-15 or 205/90D15 Tires?
In the 2 measurements you've provided, the 15 is the designation for the wheel size that those 2 particular tires will fit on; in tire measurements, usually the last number corresponds with the diameter of the wheel a particular tire will fit on. So, in both of these cases, you would need a 15" wheel. For the 7.00-15 tire, those would fit on 5", 5-1/2" and 6" wide wheels where a 205/75/15 tire will fit on 5" to 6-1/2" wide wheels. The one thing I noticed in those measurements is that you're...

  • How to Determine 5 Lug Bolt Pattern of Trailer Wheel
To measure a 5-bolt lug pattern you measure from the center of a bolt hole straight across the center of the wheel to right between two lugs on other side. OR the way I prefer is to measure from the center of a bolt hole to the outside edge of either of the bolt holes furthest from it. This will get you the same measurement. I attached two pictures that show this as well. Since you mentione 4-1/2 inch you most likely have the very popular bolt pattern of 5 on 4-1/2 inch since this is...

  • Can ST205/75D15 Tires Replace ST205/75R15 Tires On Camper Trailer?
Yes, ST205/75D15 tires would be able to replace your ST205/75R15 tires as they are the exact same size, with the only difference being the D tires are a bias ply, and the R tires are a radial. I recommend sticking with a radial tire like the Karrier ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range D # AM10245 as they are going to give you better on-road traction due to the design of the sideway, and will stay cooler on the highway leading to longer tire life. I think you are confusing the tire size numbers with load range. This size tire is available as a ST205/75-D15 or as a ST205/75-R15. The D indicates that the tire is a diagonal bias ply construction and the R indicates that the tire is a radial tire construction. Beyond the size and type, there are load ranges for tires. This is a really good question that has come up before. I spoke with our local tire guru here at etrailer about this a while back and he offered the following explanation for the difference in tire capacity when a tire is used as a dually or single wheel setup: The load on each tire in a dual tire system is never the same. Tires can be worn differently, if wear is different the overall diameter will be different and the larger tire will carry more load. Also the inner tire can be more...

  • Can Changing From Bias Ply to Radial Trailer Tires Contribute to Trailer Sway
There can be many factors that lead to trailer sway. In this case, the new tires have a lower load rating. If they are being overloaded, that could cause some problems. You will also want to make sure they are inflated to their maximum rated psi as indicated on the tire sidewall. Radial tires trend to track better than bias ply tires so I do not think the different style is leading to the problem. If the tires are a different size than what was on the trailer, that could lead to a difference...
