Hey Len, the RockyMounts HighNoon FC Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # RKY77RR you were looking at could work with both a class I and II hitch (as long as the class II hitch doesn't have a 2" receiver), and the RockyMounts HighNoon FC Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # RKY67RR would be for a class III.
