Question:

I know that this installation will be more difficult than some of the hitches Ive installed. In your product info, you stated that you had videos of this being installed on a Prius Prime. I want to buy this product, but would like to see just how difficult this will be before I order it. Could you send me a link or the video on installing it on my vehicle. Thanks

I attached an install video for the Draw Tite hitch part # 24966 on a similar Toyota Prius Prime to your 2021 model for you to check out. The process would be the exact same.
