Hello Bill; the outlets on your 2022 Coleman Lantern will only work on shore power because they are AC not DC. As you suspected, you will need an inverter to provide AC power on a solar setup.
Depending on what you want to power you're looking at a system like the Go Power Solar Elite Charging System - 400 Watt Solar Panels - 2,000 Watt Inverter Charger # 34282184 or Go Power Solar Extreme Charging System - 600 Watt Solar Panels - 3,000 Watt Inverter Charger # 34282185. Both of these come with an inverter.
You can use our solar calculator which I linked below to help narrow things down. It is worth noting that something like your AC won't work off of solar, it would require a generator.
Also, I recommend finding out what "wired for solar" means on your particular trailer. Sometimes that means you have an SAE connector like # MA83BR on the tongue, other times it is an MC4 like # 34273843REVA on the roof, and sometimes you have both.
