Typical add on mirrors that have some shaking but they are good enough to help seeing around my travel trailer. Attachment was good and sturdy on my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
The mirrors dont quite fit the height of my mirrors as the mirrors are beveled. i think if i take a half inch off on the adjusting side they will work fine.
Short version: better than nothing, but just barely.
I bought two of these, expecting to put one on each mirror. I started using just one, and never even opened the package for the second mirror because it’s not useful enough to bother with a second one. The purpose of tow mirrors is to be able to see past/behind your trailer. This model (and most like it) vibrate so much that you can barely tell what’s back there. But you can tell that *something* is behind you, which is more than my regular mirrors can see, so it’s better than nothing.
If there are custom tow mirrors for your vehicle, get those because they’ll work a lot better. If there aren’t custom tow mirrors for your vehicle, then it seems this is the best you can do, unfortunately.
They looked like what I needed. I put them on my Nissan Frontier and left for our trip. BIG MISTAKE, these shook so badly I couldn't see anything. It was like an earthquake, I would of returned them but I had them I was told 1 day past the return date. DON'T waste your money.
I am now using them for my trailer itself. I make a temporary bracket, so When I back the trailer up I can see right and how far to go. Lousy truck mirrors but good trailer backend mirrors.
Did not like these at all. Hard (or cumbersome) to tighten. Lost one on the interstate first hour of driving.
Work as expected. There is some vibration, but still gives me a clear view.
The mirrors fit and stayed on / in position great. They are easy to install, adjust and remove.
These are not the same as having factory tow mirrors. They vibrate and jiggle so that at normal driving speeds the image is never clear. I don't think this is unique to this product, but to strap on extension mirrors generally. They definitely improved my safety and comfort while driving, and made it easy to see what was going on around my trailer. I could see vehicles approaching and generally their size. As long as that's the expectation, this is a great product. They also are just fine when at idle speed or backing up.
I have since replaced my tow vehicle with one having factory tow mirrors, but if I needed clip on tow mirrors again, I would use these.
Haven’t had a chance to use these but did put them on my truck to get them adjusted. Easy to install and look like they will give me good coverage.

They workgreat, when you don’t have trl. Mirrors you can put these on any mirror, not only my truck but I can and have put them on my sons truck

(THE GOOD) The mirror is very clear and is fastened tightly into its housing. The pivot ball is snug and does not allow the mirror to move under the influence of wind.(THE BAD) However - the 2 pivot points of the mirror bracket are so light weight (bendable under light winds) that the mirror shakes at most driving speeds, almost to the point of the mirror becoming useless. I've done the due diligence of strap adjusting and bracket placement, but without much improvement to the vibration. I have a 2016 GMC Canyon with 7" mirrors, yet the bracket does not adjust down to that size very well at all, so I modified it, and will need to fabricate an aluminum strut to bridge the pivot point and stiffen the mirror, hoping to reduce the shaking. Look around and trust the reviews about vibration, I just learned now!

We had the opportunity to install these mirrors on a 2018 Chevy Colorado. I have linked the installation video for you. The knob on the back of the mirror assembly loosens to allow the arms to adjust in or out for larger or smaller mirrors. This adjustment is a huge help when sizing the towing mirrors down for your 7 inch tall mirror. Getting this adjustment more fine tuned will likely also help with the vibration you have experienced - and avoid any modifications.

These mirrors work well enough. They fit securely; no problems with them blowing off if you secure them with the straps tightly. I always add a bungee. They vibrate some in the air flow but I just want to know if there are vehicles behind my RV trailer When I am hauling and I get enough "vision" with the mirrors to tell me what's behind me despite the vibration. You would have to weld or bolt them on your doors if you wanted absolutely no wind caused vibration.

They work good enough. Now only use one on the driver’s side. Don’t need the other side. Get enough rear vision to see if a vehicle is behind me even though you see only a part of the vehicle. Yes, their is vibration from the wind but not enough to obscure the fact that a vehicle is behind you.
The product itself is AOK. It is the "Universal Fit" that is the very misleading problem. These mirrors were WAY TO BIG to fit the mirrors on my Volvo XC-60 and could not be "adjusted" to fit due to the unsupportive desgn. So, I ended up ordering another, different style, set of mirrors to see if they will work.
I hate to say it but I lost them my first trip out. Not good won't stay on!
They’re ok. Definitely vibrate a lot even at speed limit speeds but I was sure they would. Anyone that tells you otherwise is lying. They work decently for backing a camper or whatnot though. I likely won’t drive with both on the vehicle when traveling but will use them for backing assistance when needed.
Although I can make these work they are not a great fit. I understand the term universal and that's what you get. The tabs that fit over the mirror push against the glass so you don't have much adjustment in the vehicle mirror. The rubber straps are nearly adjusted all the way out. Like I stated they will work for now.

I like them - but . . . They're hard to adjust. They do help. As a substitute for fully extended mirrors - no. These are a stopgap measure. They're susceptible to wind vibration and the straps must be tucked in so the don't flap in the wind. The wind also readjusts them when you're at cruising speed so you have to allow for that.
Worth the money -Hmmm yeah.
Better than nothing, but less than adequate. Hard to mount and they vibrate a lot making everything blurry in them mirrors. Recommend only as a stop-gap before getting "real" trailer mirrors.

These mirrors work great for me because I don't always pull a trailer with my Dodge Grand Caravan. They are easy to install and remove once I get them dialed in.
not quite wide enough to see around my 8.5 box trailer but helps the comfort level by not being totally blind.

not so good, rubber straps flew off and lost the little plastic hooks. Just to lite duty to stay on firmly. Probably need the custom fit for Jeep instead of universal fit.
They shook pretty aggressively in the wind which made seeing through them fairly difficult, but what what made for the two star review was the short life of the clasps. Halfway home on its first trip I was rolling my window down to grab onto the mirror after one of the clasps broke. It’s either so tight you’re afraid the strap is going to break or so loose it works its way off the mirror. Perfect for a one-size-fits-none product.

They have been working fine for the last year although I have now switched tow vehicles and dont use them much.
