Jeff, I believe that is an older TDE hub which would mean that the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles # AKIHUB-545-35-K is the correct replacement.

Hey Eddie, thanks for the pictures. From seeing that I can tell you have a 3,500 lb axle and the correct replacement hub would be the part #AKIHUB-545-35-G-EZ-K that you referenced which comes with new bearings and seal.
