Updated 01/12/2026 | Published 09/07/2024 >
Question:
I was installing the e37KR and noticed that it wont attach to the mounts while the bumper is on. Will this not fit with a stock bumper? I really dont think Im doing this wrong its super straightforward.

Hey Lucas,
The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e37KR is definitely a snug fit against the bumper but is compatible with stock bumpers. It should just sit right up against the frame without an issue. Would you want to send some pictures and maybe I'll spot why it's not fitting.

Hey Lucas, how did things turn out with the e37KR hitch and your stock bumper? Did it end up fitting snugly against the frame like expected? Your update could make it easier for the next person running into the same issue.
