Will CE Smith Post-Style Guide-Ons Work For Wide Boat

Hi. I need to know if these will work correctly on my job boat trailer. CE Smith Post-Style Guide-Ons for Boat Trailers - 40 Tall - 70 Degree Tilt - White - 1 Pair..... Mine is an older Royal galvanized trailer that is just a 1 wide x 3 high trailer frame. The boat is a Alumacraft 1542 that measures 62 across the gunwales where these would be mounted. Obviously I need a minimum distance of 64-65 between them. Thanks in advance. Don

Hi Don,
Yes, the CE Smith Post-Style Guide-Ons # CES97FR will work for your wider boat. The bottom bracket can be positioned near the edge of the bottom of the posts, and they angle out 70 degrees so there won't be an issue with your boat fitting in between them as you load it on your trailer.
Also, just as an FYI these are available in both White # CES97FR and Black # CES47FR.
