Question:
I am looking for a bike rack with a ramp. We have an e-bike Bianchi and a regular bike carbon topstone. E-bike has a very fat frame and fenders. Both have 29 tires. Widest wheelbase is 47. I have looked at Saris, RockyMount, Thule, Kuat, Yakima. I am lost after doing all this research, I just cant tell which rack would be best for my heavy, large, e-bike with fenders. Can you help direct me to 1 to 3 that will work for my bike situation?

I would be happy to! Since you mentioned both of your bikes have fenders I strongly suggest staying away from wheel mounted bike racks like the Saris MHS DUO Bike Rack item # SAR73MR you were looking at. Depending on how far down your fenders go there's a strong chance of damaging them when using a wheel mounted system.
I looked up the specifications for both your Bianchi e-bike and Carbon Topstone bike. The best bike rack for this combo is going to be the Yakima OnRamp LX Bike Rack item # Y88DJ. This bike rack has a built in ramp that stores within the bike rack when not in use. It has plenty of capacity for your bikes at 80 lbs per while also weighing only 53 lbs.
The OnRamp item # Y88DJ uses padded clamps that rotate to grip your bikes by the frame or the seat post. If you choose to attach the clamp to the frame on your carbon bike you'll want to use the Thule Carbon Bike Frame Protector item # TH984101.
I have linked a review video below so you can see the functions of this bike rack demonstrated.

Thanks Jerred. Only one of our bikes has fenders. I thought the Saris would be ok if I purchase the adapter that is supposed to help with bikes with fenders?
