What 2 bike rack can be used on a small 25 ft class C motorhome to carry 2 60 lb Ebikes with 20inch wheels and 3inch tires. And that have ramps? I watched a video on the Destination HLY66ZR but it only said for class B motorhomes?

It has a 60 lb per bike capacity, is rated for use behind motorhomes, and has the ramp kit I mentioned. This is also compatible with 3 inch wide tires as well. What kind of e-bikes do you have?
