Can Kuat Piston Pro Carry Veloctric Nomad 2x

I just purchased a Veloctric Nomad 2X bike. The wheelbase is approximately 48.6 inches which should fit the Kuat Piston KU89SR bike rack from what Ive read and the bike is almost 80lbs so Im good there. My concern is the fenders on the bike working with the posts which hold the bike stationary. What do you think?

Hey Tom, you can definitely use the Kuat Piston Pro part # KU89SR with your Veloctric Nomad 2X bike but you will need the fender strap kit part # KU43VR which was designed for bikes just like yours that have fenders. Check out the attached picture to see what this looks like installed on a bike just like yours. Looks like you just ordered the rack the other day but not the strap kit, is that correct?
