2011 chevy tahoe LTZ is this the correct base plate for blue ox tow bars is there a video of these being installed

Yes, the etrailer Classic Base Plate Kit # e98959 will fit your 2011 Chevy Tahoe. We don't have an installation video of this kit being installed as of yet, but I'm attaching a link to the instructions for you to reference, as well as a link to our installer locator if you'd rather have a local shop tackle the install for you.
For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. If you do not have all of these components just let me know and I can make some additional recommendations for you.
