Hi Eric; based on the specs of your trailer I recommend the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution w/ 4-Point Sway Control # EQ37121ET. It looks like the Office is the 30FB with an unloaded tongue weight of 900 lbs. Based on that and the GVWR of 8,800 lbs you will likely end up just under 1,200 lbs of tongue weight fully loaded. However, I recommend measuring with a scale like the # e99044 just to be sure.
The Equal-i-zer # EQ37121ET has a tongue weight range of 800-1,200 lbs so it will have you covered no matter what. This also does not come with a shank since you already have one. The Equal-i-zer WDH is a high quality system that is largely considered to be the best and is one of my favorites.
