Thanks for reaching out, Connor. The CE Smith Trailer Hub Assembly # CE13210 may fit your 2016 Tracker trailer, but unfortunately there is no way to look up your trailer to know what hubs it uses. The only way to know for sure what hub to use will be to look at the trailer. If you check the axle tube, there should be a sticker that shows the weight capacity of the axle. Knowing this will help a lot to narrow down the correct hub.
The best way to determine the correct bearings for your trailer is to remove one of the current hubs and unpack the bearings. Each bearing will have a number stamped on the edge, or you can measure the ID of each bearing with a caliper. For example, the # CE13210 hub uses a # L44643 (1" inner diameter) inner and outer bearing. If this is not exactly what your trailer uses, just let me know your bearing sizes and I am happy to recommend a bearing kit and hubs for you.
