will these fit my kar kaddy? do I need 2 kits or does it replace both sides, and what is the fastest free shipping I can get

The Hydraulic Trailer Brake Kit, # AKUBRK-35 that you linked to is for a 10" diameter x 2-1/4" wide and for 4 bolt flange. It does appear that his will fit the application you are asking for, for the 1999 Demco Kar Kaddy Model KK360 with drum brakes. However, I will point out that we have the recommended replacement brake assemblies for the Demco Kar Kaddy in # DMSB24429M for the left side and # DMSB24428M for the right.

The # AKUBRK-35 is a good product but Demco does recommend the use of galvinized components and the # AKUBRK-35 is not. The Demco Hydraulic Drum Brake assembly # DMSB24429M for the left side and # DMSB24428M for the right, has a galvanized backing plate, stainless steel spring hardware and zinc-plated wheel cylinders. The self-adjusting brake does not require periodic manual adjustment like standard brakes and will not overadjust.
