What Info is Needed to Pick Out Dexter Torflex Lift Kit

Updated 07/25/2024 | Published 07/24/2024

Question:

We have a horse trailer with torsion bar suspension and its tipping bad because the truck is much higher when it took to the 5th wheel. I saw the mounts that you sell with three and 1/8 inch lift but will that affect the stability of the floor and how do I know if theyll fit the trailer I have

Hey Jerry, the Torflex lift kits like the part # K71-725-02 will give you more trailer height so that it can be towed level but to pick the correct one out will be based on what axle your trailer has. If it's a Dexter Torflex then we can probably help but if it's another brand then we won't be able to help.

For example the part # K71-725-02 fits Torflex #12 axles that have a 5,500 to 7,000 lb capacity.
