Will Dexter Torflex Lift Kit Work with ALKO Axles

Question:

I have a 2004 Forest River converted Toy Hauler which is a Continental Cargo 10,000# car hauler frame. It has ALKO axles on it and Im being told it has 5,500# axles. My question is whether the Dexter lift kit would work with these axles? If you do not know the answer, is there a drawing available for the hole locations of the spacers so I can determine whether this will bolt on to my trailer?

The Dexter Torflex Lift Kits like the Tandem Axle # K71-725-02 that you referenced are only confirmed to work with Dexter Torflex axles. It's possible that the spacers will fit with your AL-KO axles but this has not been tested.

The spacers for this kit feature bolt holes that are 9 inches apart on center and 9-1/2 inches apart on center (see attached image). You can use this to determine if the kit will work on your converted toy hauler.

I am trying to lift a contential cargo trailer with 5200 pound axles they must not be dexter axles because the bolt spacing on the frame is 8 inches centre to centre and 6 1/4 inches centre to centre on the axle

Is there an identification sticker anywhere on the axle itself that points to its specific model or manufacturer? We do have a couple of other brand lift kits but I'm not sure if they will be compatible.
