Yes it is possible to put a platform rack on your 2024 Toyota RAV4 with the panoramic roof, and the Yakima LockNLoad is a great choice. Fitment will just depend on what kind of rails are on the roof of your car.
For factory flush mounted rails you can use the Yakima LockNLoad Platform Rack # Y74NJ.
For factory raised rails it will be the # Y47PB instead.
Please note that you CANNOT open the panoramic roof with the roof rack installed. This is to prevent damage to the glass. Also, this kind of roof rack can generate a bit of road noise, so you probably wouldn't want to open the roof anyways.
