Hey Larry, thanks for reaching out. Depending on the severity of the damage, the Alpha Systems Alphabond Repair Tape for RV Roofs # AL32KV may be enough to seal the crack and stop the leak. You will need to remove any factory adhesive or goop so you can apply the tape to a clean surface. For very minor damage, we even have a patch kit, part # QR74FR that can be used.

If the damage is more severe, I suggest using the LaSalle Bristol XTRM PVC RV Roof Membrane part # 3441700534142711435 to completely replace the roof material. For replacing the membrane, you will need to use self-leveling sealant for the roof along with adhesive and butyl tape. We offer a Roof Installation Kit # AL63FJ that comes with all of this. Self-leveling sealant is used for any flat or horizontal surfaces. Non-sag sealant is used for any horizontal surfaces.

Feel free to reach out if you have further questions.
