We absolutely have a soft, roll-up tonneau cover for your 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500 stepside with a 6-1/2 foot bed. What I would go with is the Access TonnoSport Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Cover # A22020209.
I like the TonnoSport # A22020209 because it's the best value for a cover on your truck. And though it's a no-frills option, it still sits lower than other covers (just about 1/2" above your bed rails), and is super easy to use. Just roll it up and secure it with its strap and buckle for an open bed, and roll it back down to latch it securely closed.
