Hello Robert. We do carry replacement axles that may work on your Karavan trailer. I do not have a way to look up a Karavan part number though, so I will need more information from you in order to recommend an axle.
First, we will need to determine the length of your axle. This is measured across from hub-face to hub-face. Also measure the distance between the spring seats. Knowing those two measurements will tell us what your axle options are. Knowing the weight capacity of the axle is also helpful in determining a replacement. There should be a tag on the axle that shows the weight capacity if you don't know it already.
For an example, the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam # 7359765 is a 3,500 lb axle. It is 95" long from hub face to hub face and has 80" between the spring centers. If you can provide me with that info for your axle, I am happy to look into it and see what your options are.
