Can you tell me if this assembly will work on a 2004-2005 Karavan double PWC trailer?

In order to determine which hubs will work on your 2004-2005 Karavan jetski trailer you will need to know the axle capacity, bolt pattern and the number on the bearings that are inside your current hub. I've found some similar trailers in my research that use a # L44649 inner and outer bearing and a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern, but you will want to confirm this is the same on your trailer by removing the hubs and checking. The # AKIHUB-545-2-1K you were looking at has the 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern but uses a slightly different bearing, so it's not going to be a match for you unless you were to find # L44643 bearings when you check.

For a kit with L44649 bearings you can use Dexter Trailer Hub Assembly # 8-258-5UC1. This kit is for 2200-lb axles, 13- to 15-inch wheels and has a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern. It includes the idler hub, bearings, races, seal and grease cap. If these characteristics match your existing hubs then this will work for you.
