Hey Adam, so the only hitch size we have for your 2023 Subaru Outback Wagon is a 2 inch like the Draw Tite part # DT94YR but we can still help. What you'd want is the Draw Tite hitch and then a hitch reducer like the part # e63YR and you'd be set.
