The most hidden hitch I would recommend for your 2022 Subaru Outback Wagon is the Draw Tite part # DT94YR which will only have the lower hitch opening below the rear bumper. This gives the most hidden look and also helps with ground clearance. I attached an install video for this for you to check out as well.

Then for trailer wiring the Tekonsha part # 118467 is easiest to install and most reliable.
