Question:
Hello, trying to determine seal for Dexter 5,200 axle. Inner bearing is 25580, outer bearing is 15123, cannot see a identifier on the seal. One hub seems to run hotter than the others, new trailer built 9/2021, bought off lot 10/2023, pumped new grease into bearing still obviously warmer to touch… rather safe than sorry-replacing bearings. Thanks

Hello Steve. Since you have the # 25580 inner bearing and # 15123 outer bearing the seal will be part # RG06-070 which has a 3.376 OD and 2.250" ID.

Hey Steve, did the new RG06-070 seals help even out the temperature on that warmer hub? Knowing how that worked could really help others checking their Dexter 5,200 axles for similar issues.
