Color of Cold Side Stoplight Switch Wire for Brake Controller Install on 2024 Kia Telluride LX

Question:
Please advise brake pedal color code to connect brake controller red wire. 2024 Kia Telluride LX. I suspect Jesse M in your technical department may know the answer.

Hi Frederick; the cold side of the stoplight switch will be a green wire with a black stripe on your 2024 Kia Telluride LX. Based on the installations we have done it is tucked way up underneath the dash. I went ahead and attached an installation video below for the # RED44FR on a 2024 Telluride. If you start watching at the 18 minute mark you can hear the explanation for creating a jumper to make the installation easier.
